Aurelia Edwards is the Founder and CEO of Standard Measure Technologies, a virtual measurement technology company that enables brands to offer personalized, custom-fit, and made-to-measure shopping experiences. After struggling to find press-on nails that fit, she decided to develop a solution to simplify the press-on nail sizing experience.  Their first solution, Nailstry, employs computer vision and machine learning models to instantly detect and measure the user’s fingernails. A 3x Founder and polymer chemist with decades of experience in the beauty, spa, and wellness industries, Edwards has gained the support of major players in tech and beauty alike, including Apple, Meta, and Unilever, and aims to stay ahead of the curve in virtual sizing, through further innovations in jewelry, accessories, prosthetics, and immersive WEB3 retail. Currently, in her free time, she is a mentor with Junior Achievement, a global, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people to pursue their dreams, upskilling her Mortal Kombat 1 combinations, and learning to ski in the Reno-Tahoe area.
